House
Harlyn House is spacious with a large garden, huge sunset windows, an open balcony with a beautiful view of the hills over St Ives bay and the estuary. There is a breakfast deck and a games room. Arranged over 3 floors there is ample space for up to 8 people and off street parking for 3 cars. You can walk to shops, bars and cafes and the train to Paddington goes through Hayle station which is 3 mins walk away.
Rooms:
1 emperor bed ensuite with private patio, 1 super king ensuite, 1 bunk with sofa bed under, 1 bunk with single sofa bed under, family bathroom and cloakroom. Snug/tv room, games room, open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room, utility, breakfast deck, sunset balcony.
We do not have stair gates and there are three staircases so toddlers will need to be watched.

We are located in a great spot, walking distance from Hayle Beach but also close to Carbis Bay, Gwithian, Lelant beach and St Ives by car. The area is a surfer's paradise and the south coast and St Michaels Mount are only 15 mins away.
About Robert and Emma
Hi, my name is Emma and I’m a wedding caterer here in the South West. I moved to the beautiful Cornish Coast twelve years ago with my husband Robert. We live in an amazing house near the coast which Robert built, but in the holidays we like to travel! We have over ten years experience renting holiday lets so hope to make you feel comfortable and welcome in our home.
